1965年、シングル「What the World Needs Now Is Love」が全米7位を記録。
1969年、シングル「Put a Little Love in Your Heart」が全米4位を記録。
1975年のアルバム「New Arrangement」に収められた「Boat To Sail」をカーペンターズが、
「Bette Davis Eyes」をキム・カーンズがカヴァーしている。
